Free Shipping On Orders Over $50
Omega Electric Supply offers free shipping on orders over $50 to the lower 48 states, excluding products that are 42 inches or longer in length.
• Orders under $50 will have a $4.00 flat fee rate.
• Excludes products 42 inches in length or longer. The additional charges will be marked on each item prior to check out.
• There are no surprises or hidden charges.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO.
• Omega Electric Supply ships to 48 continental U.S. states.
Cancellation Policy:
If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact customer service during normal business hours at 818.620.2849 or simply reply to the order confirmation email with a message including your cancellation request. Omega Electric Supply will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter. Items that are special order, marked as shipped and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order items and items marked as assembly. If an item cannot be cancelled, customers are able to return eligible items.
Out Of Stock Items And Backorders:
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge. However, the customer can request the order to be shipped complete once all products are available.

Refund, Cancellation & Exchange

At Omega Electric Supply, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a return:

Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form.

Our customer service team will send authorization to return if applicable.

Place items and all other materials, manuals and accessories in their original box.

Print and tape on the shipping label and drop off to local carrier.

After we have received the return, allow 3-5 days for credit card refunds and 7-10 days for check refunds.
